A European EV charging company owned by Norwegian state-owned Statkraft, operating public fast-charging networks in Norway, Sweden and other markets. In July 2026, Statkraft agreed to merge Mer's Nordic fast-charging business into a new joint venture with Eviny, called Eviny Elektrifisering, pending regulatory approval.
