Data Sources & Methodology

This dataset is based on official demographic, employment, and socioeconomic statistics published by trusted Polish institutions. However, as average net income per capita is not directly available at the municipality (gmina) or Warsaw district level, all figures in this dataset are modelled estimates produced by Geolocet’s spatial data science team.

Our modelling approach ensures full national coverage across all 2,476 gminas and 18 Warsaw districts for the year 2024, using statistically sound methods designed for small-area income estimation. The process integrates:

  • Official data at higher administrative levels (e.g., voivodeship and powiat)
  • Key socioeconomic predictors including population, household counts, employment rates, and related demographic variables
  • Advanced spatial interpolation techniques and multi-level regression modelling
  • Post-modelling validation against known regional benchmarks and historical data

This methodology delivers a consistent, accurate, and geographically detailed picture of disposable income distribution across Poland—perfect for location intelligence, market assessment, and socioeconomic research.
