This ready-to-use dataset provides the average net disposable income per capita in Poland for the year 2024, available at the municipality (gmina) level and broken out further for all 18 districts of Warsaw. It is designed to support robust socioeconomic, market, and location intelligence analysis.
Based on official Polish statistical sources and enhanced through Geolocet’s proprietary spatial modelling techniques, this dataset offers highly reliable and geographically accurate income estimates for every gmina in the country.
This dataset is based on official demographic, employment, and socioeconomic statistics published by trusted Polish institutions. However, as average net income per capita is not directly available at the municipality (gmina) or Warsaw district level, all figures in this dataset are modelled estimates produced by Geolocet’s spatial data science team.
Our modelling approach ensures full national coverage across all 2,476 gminas and 18 Warsaw districts for the year 2024, using statistically sound methods designed for small-area income estimation. The process integrates:
