As a metropolitan province (büyükşehir), Denizli has one district municipality (ilçe belediyesi) in each of its 19 districts, and every neighbourhood belongs to the municipality of its own district. Çivril has the most units (77, 12% of all units in the province), and Serinhisar has the fewest (11 units).
